It is permitted to BBQ on balconies and terraces, but only using gas grills and electric grills.  

1 pet per apartment is allowed – in selected apartments. However, a pet approval must be applied for. Dog max 15 kilos. Pets are not allowed in LIVING BY ALFA’s common (inside and outside) areas.

It is possible to rent 1 parking space in the basement per lease. Price from DKK 550 incl. VAT.

Move-in takes place continuously from January 2023 onwards.

There is no waste chute on the property. Waste must be sorted and thrown into waste bins located on the outside.

The apartment may only be painted in light, neutral colors. Textured paint must not be used. Any repairs/maintenance must also be carried out by skilled tradesmen.
