Kvarters Pladsen outside The Clubhouse is the perfect spot to enjoy refreshments, meals and snacks on sunny days. The area also serves as a passageway through the community to and from the heritage landmark IrmaByen Kaffetårn.

The large wooden sun decks allow time for relaxation, reading or recharging – as genuine build-in platforms in different levels surrounded by evergreen shrubs and trees to provide colour throughout the year. In addition, outdoor fitness and play zones offer vigorous moments in between all the spaces of green.
The private rooftop terrace
The private rooftop terrace with Orangerie acts as a quiet refuge for the Adults Only tenants – and for everybody in LIVING BY ALFA during special events. The unique facilities on the top provide a calm area with room for contemplation and relaxing moments – both outdoors, indoors and inside the orangerie.
Arriving at the roof top terrace, you enter a small area with kitchen and dining room. This is suitable for small scale gatherings and inside pauses – and when sliding the double doors, the outside is invited inside on warm summer evenings.
The rooftop terrace is designed with various seating areas, and inside the beautiful green Orangerie, cozy wicker furniture provides comfort and relaxation. Overall, the roof top terrace is a peaceful floral gem just a few steps from your apartment downstairs. A small pergola adds a Mediterranean mood on those special Danish summer nights.
