Ulrik’s long-term expertise designing restaurants, hotels and projects around the world unfolds beautifully throughout LIVING BY ALFA’s many common areas.

The architecture is designed as a modern U-shaped construction with 163 rental apartments, restaurants, supermarkets, common areas and exclusive serviced facilities. A large courtyard garden in the center of it all brings green notes to the area.
With two individual building structures the architecture naturally defines the community. One building is designated families, singles and young professionals and the other one located in the eastern part of the community is only for adults – who begin a new chapter in life without any home living children.

The restaurant in LIVING BY ALFA is open to the wider neighbourhood, offering tasty and healthy meals on the menu – and is the perfect spot for dining with friends and family. You can also go casual and easy by ordering from the Takeaway next door, buying all your everyday essentials from the two supermarkets anchoring the building or from the small specialty shops with carefully curated selections of healthy foods, beverages and wellness options.

The large private courtyard brings nature up close as an elevated landscaped garden in the center of LIVING BY ALFA. Small paths, raised green beds and cozy lush pockets will satisfy both body and mind of everyone residing in LIVING BY ALFA.
Kvarters Pladsen outside The Clubhouse is the perfect spot to enjoy refreshments, meals and snacks on sunny days. The area also serves as a passing through the community to and from the heritage landmark IrmaByen Kaffetårn.
